Working with Jonathan was wonderful. He was organized, efficient, and very knowledgeable about the best way to market and sell our home. Jonathan was always available and was easy to contact. Jonathan represented me in the sale of our home in Carmel Valley, California. During the interview process for the listing and the sales process, Jonathan always presented a professional appearance, was articulate, and was on time for our meetings and showings. If I ever had a question, no matter its import, his return calls were always timely and informative.

I often saw him leaving the workout facility when I was coming into that same facility at 6:30 a.m. indicating someone who was committed to keeping fit but at the same time to start his work day bright and early after having started his workout at 5 a.m.

With all that said he was a genuinely kind and enjoyable person with whom to work....the best I have encountered.

Jonathan Balog represented my wife and I in the sale of our condo in Monterey, California. He was responsible for all communication with potential buyers, the title company, lenders, and the City of Monterey. He actively showed our unit to buyers and arranged for necessary repairs to get it ready for sale. We were not often available to deal with repair people as the condo was our second home, but Jonathan took care of it all and kept us updated. We had numerous emails and phone calls with him in order to close the sale of the unit, and he always responded promptly and professionally. We were very pleased with the work Jonathan did for us and would recommend him as a real estate salesman/broker to anyone without qualification.
