Hey, I’m Jonathan. My real estate practice is non-realestatey.

If you’re here, chances are you’ve fallen for this stretch of coast. Been there! I moved across the country to buy and sell real estate here, and I’ve been investing in real estate ever since. So I’ll never tell you to do something I wouldn’t do myself.

Today I run my own practice at Compass, and I co-own Peninsula Luxe, a curated portfolio of luxury vacation rentals here, so I know what homes here earn, too.
