The home sale that started it all.
79 Paso Hondo was the first home I sold after getting my California real estate license. I helped a wonderful local family buy it.
The house needed some work, but the husband and father was a contractor, so it was the perfect fit. The right home for the right people, which is still how I think about every sale.
What a darling street. The lot backs right up to the Carmel River, and Paso Hondo is tucked just behind Carmel Valley Village, so you can walk to the Village shops and restaurants.
