Most people I talk to don’t want more real estate noise. They want someone who watches this market closely to tell them what matters, and to be honest about it. That’s what I try to do in every issue.
Some months that means good news for sellers. Some months it’s good news for buyers. And sometimes the honest answer is that it depends on the street. Either way, you’ll hear it from me plainly.
